One High Throw |
Put simply, juggle a normal cascade, and then throw one ball very much higher. Throw it from the usual place, and throw it almost vertically. It should feel as if you've thrown it straight up.
Now wait.
As it comes down you need to start juggling again to free up a hand to catch it. It helps to start slightly early and with a slightly high throw, but with practice you can resume juggling at your normal height immediately.
When learning this trick it helps to make the previous throw just a little higher to give you more time to get the high throw right.
