One Ball Site Swaps

• A "1-Cascade" throw.
• Usually called a "hand across" in club juggling, the ball is "zipped" back and forth between the hands.
• Used at the bottom of Shower patterns SS:51 , SS:71 etc.

• Holding a ball in one hand.
• Not really a juggle, but the easiest 1-ball pattern!

• A "2-Fountain" throw.
• The ball is thrown and caught by the same hand in a 2-Fountain pattern SS:2T .
• In siteswaps, a "2" is a hold, so attaching a "T" forces a little throw instead.

• A zipped exchange between a throw in each hand.
• Looks like a simpler, 1-ball, version of the Sync Box SS:(4,2x)(2x,4) or Fake Box SS:441 .

• A "3-Cascade" throw.
• The ball is thrown between the hands in a 3-Cascade pattern SS:3 .
• What to practice first when you start learning the 3-Cascade.

• The ball is thrown between the hands in a 2-Shower pattern SS:31 .
• It's cascaded from one hand, then zipped back across by the other.

• A "4-Fountain" throw.
• The ball is thrown and caught by the same hand in a 4-Fountain pattern SS:4 .

• The ball is thrown between the hands similar to that in a Fake Box Pattern SS:441 .
• It's fountained into the same hand, then zipped back across and repeated in the other.
