It feels like I regularly trip over problems with ticket searches on the Virgin Trains web site, so I thought I'd start to document them. In doing so either it will create an audit trail of problems for people to see, or they'll stop happening. Either way, the world will be marginally better.

Apparently there is a mechanism to report issues like this. You guessed it - it's a web page:

My point is, though, that finding and buying tickets is the only real purpose of the entire site! If they can't get that right, well, what are they for?

Anyway, I've decided to write up any instances - here is the first:
